Over a number of years in the M&A industry, we realized there was a tremendous need for professional assistance on the business buyer side of the transaction. Individual executives and growing businesses targeting companies in the $1M-$10M revenue range seemed to fall through the cracks when it came to assistance from intermediaries. With very few business brokerage firms representing buyers and investment banking firms typically working with corporate clients on larger deals, many buyers are forced to go it alone.
