Guided Acquisitions is an intermediary firm exclusively representing business buyers.  We assist clients throughout the process of searching for, investigating, financing, and acquiring businesses.   We work with individual executives leaving the corporate world to pursue business ownership, entrepreneurs, growing companies seeking strategic acquisitions, and investment groups. Our typical clients are targeting companies with $1M-$10M in annual revenue.  We primarily help buyers find businesses for sale in the North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas markets.

Our proprietary search process allows clients to access the "hidden market" of businesses not publicly listed for sale.  Our search uncovers multiple opportunities matching the client's specific acquisition criteria.  By approaching sellers directly, our buyers are normally the only ones in negotiations with the sellers.  This avoids a bidding war and increases the likelihood of a completed transaction.
